Hey Heavywaits! FOM's back baby! (Fan Of the Month)
Every month, I will be choosing a dedicated fan to be my #1 spot on my Top Friends section for the WHOLE entire monthl! I will make my decision on the very last day of each month (example: February's FOM will be chosen January 31st).
