"WHAT AN HONOR!"

Recently I had the honor and the privilege to sing the classic beloved hymn, “Amazing Grace†at a friend’s mother’s funeral. She was 101 years old, yes 101.
If she would have lived another week and two days, she would have celebrated her 102nd birthday. Wow! What a life.
It was my first funeral to sing at, so I will remember this moment
forever, that I had a part in the ending of one’s life here on earth, who
was liking one week and two days of being: 102 years old that had seen
history form.
She had the chance in her lifetime to see many things that most people
will only read or hear about.
