About Me

Biography: Bought a midi-keyboard in 1995. Got into drum&bass and jungle (and electronic music in general) around that time. Started Quadrant 4, a drum&bass-duo, with Eivind Marum. Released an EP (Uhuru, 1999) on me and David Dajani’s label, Groovecentral Recordings. Groovecentral released 8 vinyl ep..s with artists like Athome, Yann Fontaine, Slowpho, Nils Noa & Thomas Øverås. Did a couple of remixes, alot of dj-ing. Joined Ring live and contributed to “Popsongs from the place where the woods turns to love”. Remixed Folk & Røvere, norwegian triphop-band (trip-pop?). Made fake-jazz with Mr. Impossible Trio. Did some ambient-installation-music at local art exhibitions. Shared studiospace with Jan Bang (PUNKT), helped out on some remixing (Nils Petter Molvær, David Sylvian, Mari Boine). Joined his Pan M-team as a dj. Learned alot from Jan. Played with triphop-band Humrush. Joined Slowpho live and went on tour (london, wales, oslo, bergen tromsø ++). Released "Summerflirt" on Beatservice. Did some livesampling-improvisation concerts with jazzmusicians at different jazzfestivals. Played live with Tara Øverland. Did soundtrack to "Dr Caligaris Cabinet", performed on 4 dvd-players with prepared dvd's and fx-processors. Made music to a documentary and a skate movie.
