I am a 28 year old (God I feel old!!!), graduate of Central Michigan University with a degree in music education. I am currently living aboout 20 minutes north of Hollywood and trying my hand (when it's not broken), at music performance for a while before I go into teaching. Basically I'm just keeping my fingers crossed, staying busy, trying to find enough hours in the day to sleep at night, and trying to be a good boyfriend to my Stephanie. I am currently trying to perform and record music as much as possible, travel, network with other talented players, and basically just see where music takes me. I specialize in percussion and drumset, but I also sing and play guitar when needed. I miss my family and friends back home, but in the mean time, I LOVE being near the ocean, working with new artists, and meeting all these new people out here. In life I have learned I have to grow from every experience good and bad (even the most painful ones), and hope to one day be the person God would want me to be. Some days I feel as though I live up to my own goals, and others I fall terribly short. Some days I feel as though I have a good idea of what's going on around me and where I'm headed in life, and others leave me wondering if I'll ever really figure out where I should be in life. In the mean time, I'm enjoying the present, trying not to let the past affect me in the negative, and LOVING playing all the great music I have been fortunate enough to be a part of.
