Amidst all lies, hostilities, pains and resentments, I could attest to the fact that Life has taught me well. In spite of everything that I've been through, be it on a positive or a negative scale, I am still very much blessed and thankful for every valuable principle I was able to harbor all throughout my 23 years of existence in this distorted world. Of course, none of these would be apparent without the people whom I’ve crossed paths with, and most especially to those who were willing (and are still willing!) to slay dragons with me for all eternity. Hah! ? As they say, “What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.†Yes, TIME HEALS ALL WOUNDS - although there are instances that I feel like giving into a melancholic state. But there’s this part of me that says “Fro, you’ve been there before! Enough already!â€.. Then I’d drift back to veracity and breathe again. Yes. Enough of this bitterness already! Nothing could ever set us free if we discount the power of FORGIVENESS that dwells within the depths of our subconscious brain. (NOTE: Forgiveness is a choice. It doesn’t necessarily have to be some sort of battle between heart and mind. Even if you’re kinda pissed-off with a specific “Jane/John Doeâ€, the moment you decide to forgive her/him, there’s no turning back.) Deep down, I know that I’ve already forgiven those who have marred the deepest of ludicrous scars. Better yet, I’ve also learned to forgive myself for being the mulish kid I once was. For a while, Hatred has transformed me into the likings of a livid, cynical woman. REPRISAL was the only thought that kept on reverberating within the confinements of my mislaid sanity…. - and it terrified me… But one day, I woke up and realized that the world is just as it should be. We win some, we lose some.. Of course, I have these wonderful people around me to thank for: Mom, my sibs, Don Jose and Ideal berks ; Marky (bro!); Benz (alabshoo kapatid!); at ang mga taong mahilig kumain ng kesong EDEN – Crowe & Kaye, Mel, Juan, Beau & Nic, Neil & Jane, at si Papa Don. It’s great to put things back into perspective… Never mind what I’ve said about me being “up for grabs.†There’s just so much beauty in this world that fussing over ‘small-time fascinations’ would be an insignificant waste of time. To hell with null-sardonic commentaries then! i am the woman with every face.. i am the memory you can..'t erase..
