Who We AreThe YA Team is a group of salsa enthusiasts who volunteer their time and energy to put together non-profit salsa events for the salsa dancing community. All of the proceeds we gather is put right back into the Detroit Metro community of salsa dancers. We keep nothing for ourselves. For example, (most) proceeds are used to pay for top salsa instructors around the country to lead workshops, dazzle us with top-notch performances, and show us how far we can really go with salsa if we so desire.With your support we will contunue to bring instructors in from across the country and do whatever else is within our power to help the Detroit dance community thrive.In short, we are a group who love the music, love the dance, love our community; and have in us the desire to see our Detroit salsa community continue to grow bigger and better!
