About Me

My Interests

I really enjoy spending time with friends and family. Whether it be going out or staying in, I'm down for both. I like making people laugh, and I don't care if they're laughing AT me. I also really enjoy intellectual conversations and taking the time to get to know people for who they really are. I like taking road trips and driving at fast speeds. I was born and raised in Northern Cali and I wouldn't trade it for anything. I love having both the mountains and coast all within a reasonable driving distance. I love the rain. I love to dance. I love to dance in the rain. I work a regular office job and on nights and weekends I like to have fun and enjoy life. I work to live, not live to work. I'm also always working on myself, trying to become a better person everyday. I've seen drastic changes can be made (if you want it bad enough and are willing to work at it), and I'm proud to say I've come a long way from where I used to be.
My Team!

Your Element Is Water
A bit of a contradiction, you can seem both lighthearted and serious.
That's because you're good at going with the flow - but you also are deep.

Highly intuitive, you tune in to people's emotions and moods easily.
You are able to tap into deep emotional connections and connect with others.

You prefer a smooth, harmonious life - but you can navigate your way around waves.
You have a knack for getting people to get along and making life a little more peaceful. What's Your Element?

You Are An INFP
The Idealist

You are creative with a great imagination, living in your own inner world.
Open minded and accepting, you strive for harmony in your important relationships.
It takes a long time for people to get to know you. You are hesitant to let people get close.
But once you care for someone, you do everything you can to help them grow and develop.

You would make an excellent writer, psychologist, or artist. What's Your Personality Type?

You Are a Dreaming Soul
Your vivid emotions and imagination takes you away from this world
So much so that you tend to live in your head most of the time
You have great dreams and ambitions that could be the envy of all...
But for you, following through with your dreams is a bit difficult

You are charming, endearing, and people tend to love you.
Forgiving and tolerant, you see the world through rose colored glasses.
Underneath it all, you have a ton of passion that you hide from others.
Always hopeful, you tend to expect positive outcomes in your life.

Souls you are most compatible with: Newborn Soul, Prophet Soul, and Traveler Soul What Kind of Soul Are You?

Music:

I LOVE music! I tend to be a bit of a music snob, in the way that I require talent from the artist both musically and lyrically. I like and can appreciate most all types of music, but my favorites are country, rock, alternative, hip/hop and most everything between. If it can touch my soul or I can't help but dance, then bring it on!

Movies:

What Dreams May Come, Garden State, Snatch, The Wedding Planner, Dumb and Dumber, Lord of the Rings, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Office Space, The Jerk, Dirty Rotten Scoundrals, Napolean Dynamite, Elf, Can't Buy Me Love, and the wonderfully made rock/opera Hedwig and the Angry Inch

Television:

I own a TV, but it so rarely gets turned on. In fact it's not even plugged in :o)

Books:

The Bible has many good books. I'm always so amazed how everytime I open and read it, there's a message waiting for me!
I also enjoy books by Iyanla Vanzant. Something about the way she writes speaks to me.
One of my favorite quotes:
"Oh, the comfort, the inexpressible comfort of feeling safe with a person; having neither to weigh thoughts nor measure words, but to pour them all out, just as they are, chaff and grain together, knowing that a faithful hand will take and sift them, keep what is worth keeping, and then, with a breath of kindness, blow the rest away." - George Eliot

Heroes:

Those who follows their heart while maintaining integrity, respect and honor.
