I love to run, eat good food, DANCE, sing with my guitar, hang out with my girls and discuss what's going on with us and the things around us, cook, and above all listening to GOOD live music.
People I'd like to meet would not include any of celebrity status. I would rather meet real people who can have a conversation about real things/issues in this world, and have a sense of irony.
I enjoy all kinds of music, depending on what I'm doing. When playing piano my favorites are Beethoven and Chopin, if I'm playing and singing with my guitar I love tunes from the traditional and folk genres. When dancing I love jazz/funk and the jam bands. When I'm just listening I enjoy jazz and the rock music of the 70's. As a former world music instructor I enjoy listening and analyzing music from around the world....traditional and modern.... When running I listen to mostly hip-hop, but I will admit some country music did make it onto my Nano.
I can quote just about any line from Caddyshack, the original Star Wars Trilogy, Princess Bride, Spinal Tap....Bill Murray is hilarious....he's rarely done a bad film...the acception to that is Mad Dog and Glory....Horrible....Where the Buffalo Roam....Brilliant
I haven't had TV in over 9 years, but I will admit that I enjoy watching 24 on DVD....mmmm Jack Bauer!
That's a funny term. How about people I most admire or have inspired me? My first 'serious' piano instructor, she got me started on my path to my present journey. My 2 sisters who are talented and amazingly strong women, no matter what the world throws at them. My parents for always being there even when they don't approve.
