I'm so close to God that I could brush his hair if I wanted to. However, I'm so far from perfection that I've yet to escape the devil's bait. Like David, I'm a man after God's own heart. Although everytime he gives it to me I break it. I stand in front of the gates of heaven and can't seem to get in. But when I look to see who's holding me back, there's no one standing there but me. I could blame it on the devil but that would be giving him way too much credit. He can't put me thru anything that God doesn't allow me to go thru. So I'll keep trying and keep failing, and keep living and keep learning, and keep standing and keep falling, but as long as I continue to get back up then I know I can always start over wiser and more determined to fulfill the purpose that God has for me on this earth. But don't judge my words, judge my actions; And my reactions to my actions. And then you'll see me.
