Influences: Music we all/two of us/just the one of us have been influenced by:Red Hot Chili Peppers, Janes Addiction, Audioslave, Stone Temple Pilots, Velvet Revolver, Taking Back Sunday, Brand New, The Used, Fishbone, Screaming Headless Torsos, Soundgarden and Chris Cornell, Tommy Lee, Coldplay, At The Drive-In, Sparta, Incubus, Smashing Pumpkins, The Police, Fugazi, Travis Barker with The Transplants / Blink 182, A Perfect Circle, Dave Navarro, John Frusciante, Led Zeppelin, Bob Marley and the Wailers and Queens of the Stone Age to name but a few.
Sounds Like:Described by Kerrang! Radio as Audioslave, Jane's Addiction and the Red Hot Chili Peppers style music, and it's only after the interviewer suggested we sound like Stone Temple Pilots that we started to appreciate their music and hear the similarities. Now moving towards the Incubus atmosphere, however, with songs such as New Order and Mirrored being quite ambient.Jordan's one of the more fast paced drummers on the local scene, and enjoys to play with speed as well as groove, such as Mr. Barker and other Punk/Emo drummers.Oli has more of a classic rock sound with riffs and grooves in the style of Dave Navarro / Jimmy Page giving the band a solid basis in songs.Bass playing has encouraged Spaden to enjoy listening and playing in a funk style spanning from Flea to a more soothing Marcus Miller.....So as you can see we have the makings of a truly unique sound just waiting to happen!
