Reclaim Music Festival

Southeast Ohio's Community Music & Art Festival!!

About Me

Confirmed for 2008: THE FELICE BROTHERS, AA BONDY, SOUTHEAST ENGINE, WOODY PINES, WHEELS ON FIRE, J.D. HUTCHISON, NEVER EVERS, THE ILL FITS, (members of Tough & Lovely, Bygones and Los Caminos), POKEY LaFARGE and FACTORY STREET DANCE!!
The 2008 RECLAIM MUSIC FESTIVAL will take place September 27th in the backwoods of Meigs County, Ohio. Reclaim is an outdoor music and community festival created and held at one of the most scenic venues in Ohio. Reclaim is proud to highlight the incredible live music scene of Athens, Ohio and surrounding hills. The Reclaim is in its 3nd year.
2007 Reclaim was an amazing day and night and morning with around 500 people attending and enjoying music until approximately 4:00am.
The 2006 event was scheduled to be a free event, with more than 15 bands committing to play for free. In 2007, we charged a minimal $5 per person, including free camping. We believe our artists, all artists, should be fairly compensated for their important work.
In 2008, admission will be $10 per person and this includes free primitive on-site camping.
Please stay tuned to this website, as we will be updating and adding to the schedule in the coming weeks. We plan to start the music around noon and go long into the night. Camping is absolutely encouraged. We will have some food vending, primitive camping, primitive restrooms, and an incredible setting. If you would like to be involved in any capacity (volunteering for many jobs, visual arts, kids’ activities, DIY, sustainable energy/agriculture, etc...) please contact us through [email protected]. This will evolve into our own homegrown music and community festival. All aboard!!
