GUIDED MEDITATION CLASSES
Dec. 14th 2006 @ 6:45pm to 7:45pm. These meditation classes are designed for learning how to run energy, with the benefit of 'unloading' unwanted energy and thoughts. This is a guided visualization meditation. To attend both classes is $15 dollars, or $10 dollars a class (if just attending one). Please email for more information and to hold a space for you.
SELF HYPNOSIS CLASS!!
DONA COOMBS is offering a two day course at Life Transformations Center teaching Self-Hypnosis Techniques. It is a wonderful tool in traceforming your life and manifesting the real you through the power of your own thought process!! This Class will be held at the Center On Nov. 18th and 19th from 2-6. STORYTELLING~HERO MAKING (FOR ADULTS)
January 13th Life Transformations Center has Story Teller Martha Spiva. She will be teaching a workshop sharing her passion for the Hero's journey! She will guide you and teach you how to recongnize yours. Martha shares her unique story and her Hero's Journey, an empowerment series through labyrinths, Universal Shapes, and Healing Stories. HEALING WITH REIKI
Usui Reiki classes taught by Karuna Reiki® Master, Heather Marie Vincen & Riki Caine. Healing With Reiki offers individuals the chance to invite healing and growth into their lives. Reiki heals on three levels; the emotional, physical, and spiritual. The healee is the one in power of healing themselves. The Reiki practitioner is just the vessel.
The Next Reiki Class is being Taught on Dec. 2nd from 12pm to 6:30, and Dec. 3rd from 12pm to 5pm. Please email for placement. Cost of intensive Reiki Workshop is $250 dollars. This workshop includes; Attunement for Reiki 1, 2, 3 master level. Manual for Reiki w/symbols. And teaching of how to do a Reiki Treatment along with how to do the Attunement process for Reiki.
