About Me

Layout Stealer by MyspaceLayoutSpy.com.
About me huh? Let's see...I've just recently moved to Boise from Idaho Falls to finish up school and "expand my horizons" I suppose. I'm loving Boise so far, not to say I didn't love Idaho Falls, but a change of scenery doesn't hurt anything. A good hippie once told me that you never truly find yourself until you leave your element. I'm not too far out of my element now, but it's definitely a good change. I left behind a lot of good friends and not to mention probably the coolest family one could ever ask for, but meeting new people and building on the friends I have already will be a great experience. I'm almost a senior in college at BSU, working on my degree in Biology so that one day I can become a physical therapist and do something I enjoy while giving something back to a profession that has helped my family throughout the years. Talk about choosing the wrong school for that though. Anyways, In a nutshell I enjoy long walks on the beach and holding hands to "Endless Love" while enjoying a Chai Latte...I mean...Basically, I enjoy having a good time and living the life in front of our eyes to its fullest. I also dislike fun-haters. And I love lamp. I'm looking forward to finding myself in my new element, meeting new friends, having new experiences, and making new memories along my journey through this crazy existence we call life. My Interests

I love being outside, nature is my religion. Anything in the outdoors: fishing, camping, hiking, boating, sex (sly huh? Just making sure you're payin' attention.), biking. I'm a huge sports fan. I'm really into art, I like to paint and draw, but almost anything can be viewed as an art-form. I LOVE music. Music is my life and my scapegoat from reality at times. I'd definitely have to say I create a symbolic relationship between my feelings and the music I listen to. I like to pretend like I can play the drums, I'm learning slowly. I also like school a lot, I love learning new and interesting things all the time. It's true what they say, knowledge is power.

I'd like to meet:

Down to Earth, Laid-back, cool people with great senses of humor who enjoy curly hair and share my same interests. Also maybe Jesus.

Music:

Where do I start...? I love all types of music and can listen to and respect any genre. I do have my favorites though: Tool, A Perfect Circle, Deftones, Muse, Coheed and Cambria, Dispatch, Jack Johnson, Modest Mouse, Mudvayne, Killswitch Engage, Machine Head, 36 Crazyfists, Sublime, Rage, System of A Down...ect, ect. I could go on forever, mainly I do enjoy rock. Old rock like Led Zeppelin, The Doobie Brothers, a lot from the '60s & '70s kicks ass. I think rock musicians are so instrumentally talented it blows me away. Basically, if someone can write their own decent lyrics, play non-cookie cutter tunes, or can sing, I'll listen. Tori Amos has an angelic voice, along with my favorite singer of all times Maynard James Keenan. Music Video: PASSIVE (by A Perfect Circle)

Movies:

Any Happy Madison flicks including Grandma's boy which is a current favorite, any Will Ferrel, Boondock Saints, Donny Darko, Memento or anything psychological, Snatch, Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, The Usual Suspects, most Quinton Tarantino, anything that's gonna make me piss myself laughing.

Television:

I really don't enjoy watching T.V. but if I do it's football, South Park, '70s Show, Family Guy, History Channel

Books:

The Da Vinci Code (I think everyone lists this book, but it's damn good),Edward Abbey books are good, hmm there's others but it seems the only books I have time to read anymore are text books.

Heroes:

Definitly my friends and family, especially my sister. Hoping to be my own hero one day.
