Great books, horses, the cataclysmic direction of global events, and survival in a world gone mad--a world that calls evil good and good evil.
Christians with an interest in literature or world events.
Some contemporary Christian, Beethoven, Mozart, lots of blues and Dixieland--Louie Armstrong, Bix Beiderbeck.....My favorite piece of all time would have to be The Moonlight Sonata
So many. From "Places in the Heart" to "The Hunt for Red October" to "Legends of the Fall" to the original "Flight of the Phoenix" to "A River Runs Through It" to "The Patriot" to "U-538" to "The Passion of the Christ."
I'd rather avoid it. CSI and Law and Order are well-written, but like most other current shows, the propaganda element is so overpowering, I find them difficult to watch.
Too many to mention. A few hundred from "Light in August" to "All the King's Men" to "A Painted House" to "To Kill a Mockingbird" to "When the Legends Die" to "Hart's War" to "Peace Like a River." I'm partial to Historical (especially WWII) and literary fiction.
Winston Churchill, C.S. Lewis, Robert Penn Warren, Leif Enger, Ralph Ellison, Wendell Berry, Chaim Potok, Ravi Zecharias and on and on
