Simply stated with out Dark Matter stars would not shine.
Dark Matter also known as Donovan McCrary, has played a strong influential role in many artist lives from, producing, to singing, rapping, to composing. There is not any role that he can not fill. Dark Matter has quite a resume working with talents such as the legendary Charles Wright, Quincy Jones, George Clinton, Chaka Khan, Danny Boy, Yo Yo, Mad Lion, and Kenny Olsen the dexterously skilled guitar player of Kid Rocks Band; and the list goes on. Dark Matter is no stranger to music. His musical history sprouts from more than a few generations. Howard McCrary who is a remarkable and well known musical arranger, singer, composer, and also highly ranked producer is this young talents proud father. With origins wrapped so deeply around the core of music it would just be odd for Dark Matter to do anything else but create amazing sound. His music is never one dimensional it is not common yet it does have a hauntingly familiar feel to it. Dark Matter's music is layered in elements of positivity, boldness, structure, and fun all rolled into one, with sounds of rock, funk, and hip-hop to aid. Whether he is in the studio, singing, rapping, writing, producing, playing the guitar, trumpet, bass, piano, keyboard, or even the drums, (which he does all seeming ever so effortlessly.) he is some how always in tuned to the needs and feelings of others through his God given power of music. Still well under thirty, Dark Matter has a considerable amount of musical wisdom that becomes stronger and more apparent with each day. All I can say is, I hope you know him now because his music is destine to take over the future.
