Where in the world is Finnegan??
Finnegan is currently in: Amsterdam, Holland

Greetings All,

Finnegan here. I am a travelling performance poet and queer sci fi novelist, currently in The USA after 4 years of Touring abroad. I am bisexual, and out, lately however, I have mostly been dealing with men, not that I am not open to both.

Sex is only one aspect of me, there are others, believe it or not. Have a Spiritual Side, am a magick user of Mystical Arts and Crafts, can read the tarot, do astrology, and perform intense non-decorative poems.

You want a free reading, you can always call me -- you want regular consultation, and you will have to refer to my unofficial 'going rate' . . . .

My Interests

FINNEGAN FOTOS
I am interested primarily in writing fiction and poetry. Anyone who's interested in these things on more than just a passing hobby level is cool with me -- I write everyday, and expect anyone interested in this subject as I am, to do the same.

I also have some experience acting and performing on stage. This is not central, but rather like a hobby which I occaisionally indulge.

In addition, I am into channeling readings, which happen when I read tarot or someone star chart. I love this sort of thing, and am available for parties.

I have an interest as well in ASL, German, French, Dutch, Italian, Greek and Japanese. I am trying actually to learn these languages and spend some time living in these countries. Any asistance there, is greatly apprecaited. This is a work in progress, as is my bilingual volumes of poetry

Most important to me is love. If anyone out there can teach me how better to love myself, they will take immediate center in my life. I am not merely speaking of form, but content.

I'd like to meet:

new lovers and friends. Always. You cannot be lovers without being friends. Am open to both, new lovers and new friends, but bear in mind, am looking to make friends as well as have new lovers, and that has nothing to do with e-matchmaking at all.

Real connections can be had if one can put aside all the usual objectifying rubbish people of all sexual orientations suffer as human flaw.

A lover is someone you can share everything with, and, in my polyamorous opinion, share with everyone. I like sharing my lovers, as much as being shared by them. this sort of stuff is the gift that keeps on giving. if you never have experienced this, my interpretation will hardly suffice, but if you have, and know what I am talking about, then you know just what I mean.

It's a big planet, and there is lots of love to be had on it.

Music:

Love 80's, some alternative stuff from the 90's like Hardcore techno, (like IndustrialFuckingStrength) Techotrance,(like Hamburg's Tunnel Trance Force) etc, Curve, Lush, Chris and Cosey, Library of Sound, EAR, Cocteau Twins, Gary Numan, Duran Duran, Siouxsie and The Banshees, The Cure, Love and Rockets, Eurythmics, The Breeders, Elastica, The Normal, BWP, (my only rap fave, The Bytches always get my proper respect and love, they rule!) Nitzer Ebb, DAF, Ministry, Nine Inch Nails, Vicious Pink, Trans-X, Humpe-Humpe, Jean Michel-Jarre, The Residents, Laurie Anderson and The Android Sisters.

Movies:

Jesus, this form is fucking long, Okay--Movies. I love Horror and Sci fi most of all --- even though this genre has perhaps gotten worse in the past decades. Still, there are shining examples to remember.

Love the new film HellBent, the first Queer slasher movie, but then again, Hight Tension from French Director Aza Alexandre is aweseome. The Descent also fucking rocked, in my opinion. My favorite films tend to span for hours, like Stephen King's "The Stand" and, his and Lars Von Trier's versions of The Kingdom, about a Haunted Hospital. Loved the miniseries "Taken" and about to start "The 4400"

Like Peter Greenaway films and some Fellini films as well. Love Dario Argento Horror, and John Carpenter from back in the day.

Love the Star Wars movies, and dont mind the Harry Potter films either, truth be told.

Television:

I dont normally watch tv -- but I do watch Passions on NBC when I am in the USA. It is my guilty pleasure. Passions has been moved to Direct TV as of September of this year, but I am enjoying watching it on the Internet without commercials as of late, and will be doing this in Europe when I move there this year--also I have been enjoying watching the Show "Heroes" in the same manner, via Internet...am praying though that one more season comes through for "The 4400"

I also like to watch Animal Planet, or Discovery Channel when its about animals, rather than humans

Books:

I am reading The Harry Potter Books, Stephen King's The Dark Tower Books. The Lord of the RIngs and The Chronicals of Narnia all at once these days. Also love books by Christopher Piks ----- and Clive Barker, if he will ever get off his ass and finish them.

Heroes:

I have no heroes. I think this sort of thing is rubbish, really, idolising others who are actually equal to you in vision. I would encourage people instead, simply to be more loving and spread a loving focus, rather than focus upon warring fantasy figure images. This is the sort of thing which requires real imagination, rather than that of prefabricated dreams . . .
