QUAY CHANGE is bassist Laurence Canty and pianist Fred Binley. First performing together in 2004, with vocalist Amy Worth they are much in demand throughout the Northwest. From the Albert Hall (Bolton!) to clubs, functions and festivals, QUAY CHANGE will bring a lively and exciting air of sophistication to your event.
With a dynamic repertoire from Latin to Swing and Ballads to Blues, the band appeals to audiences of all ages. The material, performed with wit and inspired spontaneity, is mainly drawn from the classic jazz standards of the 20th century but played with a 21st century spin.
The QUAY CHANGE core line up of vocal, piano, bass and drums can be augmented with sax, or guitar, or male vocal for that extra impact.
