Coenie.nl can be described as an allround dancemusic fanatic. Always being inspired by soul, jazz, disco, hip-hop and r&b, he heard the infectious groove of housemusic back in 1989 wich got him started . It was so addictive that in 1992 he decided to buy this own set of turntables. His goal was/is to share the warm and groovy feeling of good music. His hometown is Amersfoort were he started dj-ing at local clubs. After several local parties, he played on a regular bases at Bubbles cafe between 1996 and 1998. Nowadays he spins his music everywhere, like in Austria were he is a resident dj at the skilounge.com and is often to be found at The Cuba Libre in Amersfoort. His musicstyle is, as he would like to call it : Deep, soulfull and sexy house-music. His drive for this type of tune is because of the positive energy it can give to the crowd. His style often can be danced to but is also very good for lounging, relaxing and mooding! When Coenie.nl appears, the sun will shine and the temperature will rise !
