I once was on the Atkins diet for two years. A friend of mine was very supportive. He bought me what he said were "no-carb" donuts every day. I couldn't figure out why I continued to gain weight. Finally I found out that he suspected me of killing of his poodle. The donuts were full of carbs. I convinced him of my innocence, but the damage had already been done. I weighed 300 pounds.I lost the weight since, but now I have all this excess skin. If you need your leather sofa reupholstered, let me know.
