My name is Grbic Aleksandar. I was born in Sarajevo in 1989. While we were waiting for war to end we had really hard period and all the things that happened are unforgettable. After 1995 we moved to Nish and after to Belgrade in Serbia and we were there for maybe 2 years. In 1997 we moved to Brcko where I m right now. I started with music in 2000 while I was like 12 and first albums I got were Sepultura, Korn etc. Two years after I heard about other kinds of music like Instrumental, Experimental, Blues, Rock etc. After some researcher and tries to hear those kind of music I realized that I found something really nice, something that fit my personality.
After that I got my first acoustic guitar which was pretty bad and later I got my first fender guitar. After playing some hard and cold riffs I started with some instrumental songs and started with music theory. Since than I m playing Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Jonh Petrucci, Yngwie Malmsteen and some shredders like Michael Angelo Batio, Cooley Rusty and so on.
Two years ago I recorded my first 2 songs " Sacrilege " and " Forbidden Corner of Fear ". Since than I didn't record anything serious cause of some private reasons but I m recording some short solos and improvisations all the time. My way of learning guitar wasn't pretty simple. I've been trying to be in society of musicians all the time and pick as much things as possible. Before I got internet connection, I've been collecting scales, patterns and modes all over the country. Now when I m using might and power of the internet it's pretty simple so if you're ever asking yourself " How to play guitar " that's the answer.
I m visiting a lot of music forums as well searching for lessons and things that can help me in developing my skill. I ll post ya one like with a lot of guitar books, lessons and so on.
