Welcome to the Miss Cupcake and Junior Cupcake Pageants profile! The Miss Cupcake Pageant Program is beginning it's first annual pageant circuit in the NW Regions, Oregon and Washington. We will host our local preliminaries throughout the year with our State Pageant in the Spring. Along with several activities in between such as; The Portland Rose Festival's Junior Parade, Milwaukie's RiverFest Parade, Redmond's Independence Day Parade and The Susan B. Koman's Race for the Cure.
