SOON ENOUGH, I GOT INVOLVED WITH THIS NETWORK MARKETING COMPANY THAT MOTIVATED ME A LITTLE MORE TO GET INVOLVED INTO THE BUSINESS INDUSTRY. OF COURSE LIKE THE MAJORITY OF PEOPLE WHO JOIN NETWORK MARKETING COMPANIES, I FAILED TO BE SUCCESSFUL AT IT. I DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH TIME FOR IT (I WORKED MON.-FRI. 11-8PM, WHICH IS DURING BUSINESS HOURS AND ON TOP OF THAT, THE COMPENSATION FOR MY EFFORTS THAT I PUT IN DIDN'T MATCH UP. OF COURSE THERE IS A WHOLE LOT OF OTHER REASONS, BUT I'LL JUST KEEP IT AT THAT...
AFTER ALL THIS, I STILL DIDN'T LOSE MY DRIVE TO BECOME SUCCESSFUL. FOR QUITE A WHILE I THOUGHT TO MYSELF WHAT TYPE OF SALES BUSINESS (I LOVE COMMISSION) COULD I GET INTO THAT OFFERS A LATTER TO UNLIMITED AMOUNT OF SUCCESS. IT TOOK A WHILE FOR ME TO FIND A PLAN TO WORK FOR ME. THEN AT A NORMAL DAY OF WORK I OVER HEARD ON THE RADIO THAT THERE WAS A REAL ESTATE SCHOOL OUT IN BROOKLYN, NY THAT WAS OFFERING A CLASS THAT YOU CAN GET YOUR REAL ESTATE LICENSE WITHIN 1 WEEK OR SO. WITHOUT THINKING TWICE, SOMETIME THAT WEEK I CALLED AND SIGNED UP.
I READ THAT BOOK FRONT TO BACK AND I PASSED. BUT FOR FEW MONTHS I STRUGGLED WITH A CONFLICT BETWEEN REAL ESTATE AND THE JOB I HAD BECAUSE OF THE SCHEDULE I WORKED, UNTIL FINALLY I GOT OUT OF THAT. AND NOW I DO REAL ESTATE MORE SO FULL TIME AND THIS IS WHAT BRING ME HERE TODAY TO WRITE MY LIFE STORY. I PLAN ON MAKING A LOT OF MONEY THIS YEAR NOW THAT I HAVE A LOT MORE TIME ON MY HANDS. AND ON MY OFF TIME I WILL BE DABBLING IN THE MORTGAGE AND EBAY BUSINESS WHICH ARE BOTH BILLION DOLLAR BUSINESSS. I KNOW A LOT OF PEOPLE WHO ARE SUCCESSFUL IN BUSINESS WOULD SAY IT’S WISE TO FOCUS ON ONE BUSINESS AT TIME BUT IT’S MY OFF TIME AND I'M GOING TO DO WHAT I WANT…AND THAT’S MY STORY...
