The legendary death metal warrior Ulastheimpaler has listened death metal since 1989. He started to make growling death vocals and formed Trakyian demonic death metal band called LEGION in 1991. The band name means the army of Satan which is sent to destroy the God and heaven. LEGION made a first dark demo (Decapitate of God 1993), crushing ep (Bleed for Master 1995), live demo (Remains Symphony 1996) and devastating split ep (Execution 1996) with Agathocles the grind crust kings from Belgium. LEGION destroyed God in 10 concerts in Istanbul, Ankara, Corlu, Kirklareli and reported in countless underground metal zines. In these live-hells, LEGION played own unholy songs and some covers such as Hammer Smashed Face, Day of Suffering, Suffer the Children, Lunatic of Gods Creation from Cannibal Corpse, Morbid Angel, Napalm Death and Deicide. LEGION played with cyclical Turkish metal bands, for instance, Obscurity, Cenotaph, Asafated, Death Project, Radical Noise, Ascreaus, Undermost, Suicide, Scalprum, Awake, Necrosis, Flying Dirty Clouds, Carnate, Lost Patrol in these live-hells. Besides in 1994, bass / vocal Ulastheimpaler occured in metal cover band MORBID CORPSES in Kirklareli and this band played Napalm Death, Sodom, S.o.d. and old Sepultura songs in live-gig. MORBID CORPSES ended in 1995 and LEGION was seperated in 1997. But Ulastheimpaler has another band called VAGINAL STENCH. Sexist hardcore grindcore band VAGINAL STENCH formed in 1995 and former Ulastheimpaler played rhythm guitar and made growled screams vocals under the code name as Genital Grinder in this band. VAGINAL STENCH played live shows in Edirne, Kirklareli, Luleburgaz and recorded two demos (Pornographic Actions 1996 / Nemfomania 1998). In 1999, after the VAGINAL STENCH was over, Ulastheimpaler incarnated new death metal project HECATOMB in Izmir. HECATOMB recorded two official album (Decomposed in Hecatomb 2003 / Impaled Apocalypse 2006) from Poem Productions. Also, HECATOMB played 18 live shows with Necrophagist (Ger.), Rotting Christ (Gre.), Negative Creeps (Gre.), UCK Grind, Cenotaph, Affliction, Sagaris, Carnophage, Soul Sacrifice, Consume, Moribund Oblivion, Rectifier, Cidesphere, Femme Fatale, Chopstick Suicide, Courtyard, Ketum, In Spite, Solitude, False in Truth, Antisilence, Leviathan, Sadistic Spell in izmir, Ankara, Eskisehir and filmed 5 video klips. Additionally, as a vocalist Ulastheimpaler screamed in demo (Painful Screams) of izmir's death metal band CONSUME. He supported them and izmir's hardcore/metal band NOTWITHSTANDING in some concerts in izmir and Eskisehir between 2000 - 2002. Now Ulastheimpaler plays bass vocal in HECATOMB and bloody death metal massacre still goes on...Behemoth - At The Left Hand Ov God..
