Jane Austen gives me a hard on. I remember, grade 7, reading P&P and not being able to sit still... I love CS Lewis too. But, damn, my wardrobe was never so exciting. Tolkein. Naturally. Yes, the classics. Dickens. Ooh... David Copperfield... loved that book. (No, not the magician.) George Elliot, the Brontes... The Woman In White by Wilkie Collins. The Chrysalids. Hm... the list is long, my friends. And frankly, you probably don't give a damn. Who the hell reads these things anyhow?
