object width="425" height="350"Soft Spoken Prophet (SSP), born May 20, 1981 as Aaron J. Baymon came out of his mother..s womb with a determination to be a willing vessel used by God. A native of Springfield, Massachusetts, SSP works tirelessly counseling behaviorally challenged youth by day and writing, composing and producing Gospel music by night. SSP is a member of Deliverance Center Ministries C.O.G.I.C. where his parents Mark and Johnetta Baymon pastor. He is the eldest of four siblings, the father of three children Morgan, Liazyiah and Aaron Jr. and a loving husband.It all began in the year 2000, sitting in a high school classroom writing raps during the teacher..s lectures. At that time, his raps and poems captivated his worldly classmates. SSP has since accepted Christ into his life and takes every opportunity to minister to his peers through personal experiences. Observing the music ministry of Pastor Hubert Powell and son H. Doobie Powell, his mentor, inspired SSP to begin to minister through spoken word and song.All things were coming together for SSP and he felt like he was soaring through God..s eyes. He knew he had gotten to the window that held his blessing behind it, but before it had a chance to open tribulation locked the window. While SSP and his family were trying to nurse his father back to health from kidney failure, within months, his grandfather, the late Bishop J.P. Morgan, went on to be with the Lord. It took a while for SSP to get back on track but once he did he went full speed ahead until he came to yet another road block. On two separate occasions the notebooks that held all of his music were stolen. SSP felt like maybe these things were happening because he somehow failed God, and just as he was about to throw in the towel he came to the realization that he had not failed the task but rather God was breaking him and making him into what He wanted him to be.Since then SSP has been afforded the opportunity to sing back up for H. Doobie Powell for five consecutive years. He has also performed in Japan with the Heavenly Choir under the direction of Pastor Hubert Powell.Now, at the vibrant age of twenty-five SSP is not only one-third of an up and coming Production Company, he is also a solo artist with a determination to spread the ..Good News.. of Jesus Christ across the nation. In November of 2006, SSP released his first project in the form of a 7 song EP entitled ..Church, Mess ups & Messages.. and plans to release his full album in July of 2007. With a mind of perfection and a heart of ministry SSP spends countless hours in the studio perfecting his gift and thanking God for turning his once hopes and dreams into reality.The Purpose of the ministry of the Soft Spoken Prophet is to inspire non believers to Salvation and encourage ALL Christian believers to strive for excellence in their walk with the Lord. To reach the hearts of men, women, and children with honesty, understanding and love through spoken word, singing, and music. To destroy territorial barriers between Christians and to destroy cultural barriers through spreading Christianity. This ministry has been designed by God to change the world!
