About Me

I've been married to Nick for 3 years now. We got married on a beach in Oceanside, CA, and honeymooned in Alaska on a cruise. If you ever get a chance to go to Alaska, you really should take it. It's beautiful. Chilly. But beautiful. We have a cat, Jasmine, who is really not very nice. She likes to bite me in the middle of the night. She leaves Nick alone. But she's a great bug killer. I graduated from UNL in 2003 and I now work for an insurance company, which has nothing to do with my degree. :) Once a week I volunteer at the Friendship Home. It's a shelter for battered women and their children. I've been with them since November of 2002. As of right now, it is the only shelter of its kind in Lincoln. www.friendshiphome.org

My Interests

Grey's Anatomy tops my list. FRIENDS, Prison Break, What about Brian, Two and a Half Men, Dancing with the Stars, Criminal Minds, CSI Las Vegas, Dharma and Greg, Las Vegas. Food Network: Rachel Ray, Paula's Home Cooking, Good Eats, Unwrapped. my soaps are: As the World Turns and All my Children I love watching the travel channel shows about amusement parks and Alaska.
