LOKIE

I was born in Easton hospital on Feb. 17, 1983 I have the same birthday as Michael Jordan. Growing up I was into music started playing guitar and writing songs in middle school hip-hop became one of my favorite things going to the clubs seeing how people reacted to the music influenced me. The first time I saw my friend freestyling I thought it was the coolest fucking thing and started trying to freestyle growing up with English being the third language I was taught after I was six made it a little difficult for me to freestyle with everybody else because I had a smaller vocabulary. When I got good enough to battle I was using an ill ass delivery and keeping it as real as I could to get over on niggas trying to use big words. Any thing people would say I would laugh at them for it because 90% of the time people try to sound hard saying some outlandish shit. I know I am nice because a lot of people love it when I spit and other MCs get mad at me most of the time. I stopped battling so I can define my craft. if I battle niggas they usually end up wanting to fight me because I think I hurt their feeling or something so from a good time it turns into drama. I try to avoid un necessary problems I have enough on my plate Growing up I had a ruff up brining so a lot of people don't understand me, because I am a high class guy with a low status. I love life and I love a lot of things. But I have no love for bullshit which I always have to deal with just like everyone else in the world does to I try my best to keep it at a minimum though. I did my first recordings on a tape recorder with a mic which had some shitty quality. I first went to a professional studio in Greece around 2002 after I got a taste of that I couldn’t get enough. I am always looking forward to recording quality tracks so if anyone needs an MC for a track or something holla at your boy I have a couple places to record that offer pretty good quality so when I do have time I do try to get in the studio as much as I can. Music is along process so I take my time with it nice and easy I believe I will drop an official album in my life time I am not sure when or how it is going to happen but it will. I was flipping a little mix cd called LOKIE KingDeadlock while I was in panama city FL and I used to flip Lehigh villans “Hate on this” I was also on that to those were some little underground shits but I am on them shits. When I write I do it for a lot of reasons to get out my frustration and express my self for the love of music for all my peoples so if I die I can leave something behind and I love entertaining and sometimes I do get a little money here and their form it.
