T.A.T.U. are a Russian group called T.A.T.U. (a.k.a. taty or tatu). T.A.T.U. consists of two women- Julia Volkova and Lena Katina. T.A.T.U. have realesed 2 albums. The first one is called "200 km/hour In the Wrong Lane", which was released in 2002 and the second is "Dangerous and Moving", released in 2005. The 2 albums are also in Russian. The first is called "200 Po Vstrechnoy" and the second is called "Lyudi Invalidy". They are well known in Russia by their fist single, "Ya Soshla S Uma" ("All The Things She Said" is the English Version). T.A.T.U. started as a project called T.A.T.Y. in which Lena joined, followed by Julia (or Yulia) both at age 15, but was later changed to T.A.T.U. They have won many awards in many countries such as Russia, England, and Italy. T.A.T.U. are not really lesbians, it was a saying they said to boost ratings and things. For instance, Julia has had a baby boy back in around the time before they started recording their album Dangerous and Moving. Today, T.A.T.U. continue their Dangerous and Moving tour and are set to start recording a third album in early 2007, as well as a Greatest Hits album.
