Thank you all for reading this! This myspace page! was created to introduce hip hop phantomz to the world. Our mission and goals are simple yet very effective. I’ve improved the business strategies to compete with the unvarying change in the music industry. We are focusing our target on (2) music genres Reggaeton and Hip hop. This business plan was developed to introduce H.H.P. Records to potential investors, distributors and strategic partners and assist in raising the capital needed for daily operation and increase the efforts of the company to produce and market the records for new recording artists. An infusion of capital, and strong distribution, in addition to the funds already expended by the present partners would allow H.H.P. Records to fully implement its existing operations.

Throughout the last 10yrs I’ve been involved in different aspects of the music business in the city of Washington, D.C. I have 8yrs of service-oriented Experience in multimedia training, arts & entertainment production, and young entrepreneur, assisting youth in event planning, customer service, research, leader in developing positive work environment using creative problem solving, strong interpersonal skills, highly developed organizational skills, and sound judgment to implement change in efforts of reaching above and beyond desire business goals. I’ve observed the different directions the industry has taken. Washington, D.C. is a city that can sustain and support different business in the music industry, I’ve realized that the time is right to utilize the resources available and direct those efforts towards developing artist though the production and sale of records. I’ve received awards in How to be a young entrepreneur (MHCDO), Arts & Entertainment (MHCDO/African American Music Association), Video Production (MHCDO/Multi-Media Institute) and last Introduction to music engineering (key's 2 life entertainments LLC).
