All you need to know about me is the following:
I'm 22 and a graduate from Christopher Newport University where I had a major in English and a concentration in Journalism.
I love people.
I love music.
I'm a huge nerd.
I'm completely awkward, but I'm also very cool with that fact.
I have the absolute BEST friends in the world, and they come from so many different backgrounds, ethnicities, experiences and each have their own endearing idiosyncrasies. I love them all.
I've been spinning in color guard for about 7 years. It's awesome. I currently spin with Impact! And I absolutely love my Discovery kids!
There is no shame in acting like an idiot.
I'm becoming more and more ridiculously addicted to tattoos. Definitely not good with the current field I'm in. Read: super conservative, haha. I already have two on the inside of each of my ankles.
The best feeling in the world is truly not caring about what other people think.
I have far too many hopes and dreams that I want to achieve.

I have a cat named Myspace [H]Ash. I adopted her from the Richmond SPCA in June. She's pretty much the sweetest cat ever.
In the past two years I have gone to over 100 concerts ranging from jazz (Michael Buble, Jamie Cullum) to bluegrass (Sun Baked Possum) to pop (Maroon 5, John Mayer, Lifehouse) to alternative rock (30 Seconds to Mars, Yellowcard, Anberlin) to country (Vince Gill, John Randall). It's my vice.
I think that John Mayer is the sexiest man alive. I won't lie.
I am a closet hopeless romantic, but tomboy enough to kick your ass if you bring it up.
The Washington Redskins have always been and will always be my favorite team.
007 Goldeneye for N64 was the best game of all time. And I will own everybody at it.
I tend to talk far too quickly for the average human ear to comprehend.
I am a firm believer that there really is a lesson learned everyday.
Stafford County is fun while you live there, but once you leave, you never want to go back.
Acoustic guitars and military men make my heart melt.
I'm far too picky in my tastes for the most part.
I change my mind far too often.
Love exists. It's finding that tricky bastard that's the problem.

I am a reporter for a small paper outside of Richmond.
In the past 5 years I have moved from Stafford to Newport News to Chester. I
I'm much more nervous than I am ever willing to admit about my life.
I'm never too proud to admit I'm wrong, even if it sucks to do so.
According to good friends, I'm a bit of an attention whore and have a tendency to reciprocate flirting and conversation, even if I don't realize I'm doing it.
There's a part of me that wishes I could play an instrument.
I might be a "big," "curvaceous," "bodylicious," AKA "fat" girl, but I love myself, my body and I don't really care what anyone else thinks. I can do everything a thin girl can, hands down!
I'm most proud of my lips. They're the one physical feature I can always count on.
I'm an eternal optimist who has recently become slightly jaded, but I'll keep on smiling because smiles are the only way to truly communicate with the rest of the world.
I've finally mastered how to raise one eyebrow.

I have a lot of -isms:
~ I always have to eat my side dishes before my main course.
~ The sound of Velcro makes my eyebrows itch.
~ I have the hardest time saying "no" to people, even if I hate them.
~ If I know the rap to any song, I must say it.
~ I can't sleep with doors open.
~ I'm a bit OCD about my alarm being on. I must check it at least twice, turning it on and off each time.
~ When I'm pissed off, I smile a lot more.
~ I tend to bite my lip and my nails when I'm nervous or unsure about something.
