MySpace Layouts - Get This LayoutHello,I am Tameka Wilson. I was born in Warner Robins, Ga. My father was in the military so we moved frequently. When I was in junior high/high school, I lived in Japan, where I was in the church choir and won first place in a talent show with my friend "Neesha" Thornton, and that is when I discovered I really had a passion to sing. When I moved from Japan, I went to college at Morris Brown College to obtain a Legal Studies degree. I sang on the worship team ay the church I attended. I also met my husband there (Bryan Wilson), and we married in 2003 and then moved to Charlotte, NC anf know have two daughters Gabrielle (born 2005) and Ariel (born 2008).I am now writing songs and my music is real life, not just words that sound good on the record. It is life changing and inspired by what God has on the inside of me. I am not here to show off or compete. For a long time I gave up on what I knew God had called me to do because of the faces of man. No longer will I allow myself to be pushed aside because of what others think. I am me and what God created me to be and no one can do it like me. God is my strength and everything I do I do it for Him.
