Baker Street was founded in Bryan, TX. by 21 year old singer/songwriter Shelby Sims in June of 2006. Shelby has a true love for classic rock n’ roll and blues and a passion to create original music. After many trails with different drummers and bass players, Shelby met up with “G-man†a hopeful drummer that had no experience, but an amazing drive to make music. Two months into the creating of Baker Street. Shelby met up with Trey “Church Pew†Farrow. Church Pew began his musical career in a small town church band, in which he played lead guitar. He later picked up the bass guitar and currently plays bass for Baker Street. The trio began playing gigs a week after their first practice and they have not stopped sense. There original set has the feel of classic rock but the drive of a younger generation.
