Marilyn Manson was born Brian Hugh Warner on Jaunurary 5th, 1969, in Canton, Ohio. His parents were Barb and Hugh Warner. As a child Marilyn went to a catholic school. He quickly learned how to make money off of peddling things to his fellow classmates. He ran his own paper for a while in the school, full of lurid sex jokes. Until he was caught, then he went to candy and eventually contraband music. He enjoyed roller blading until an incident involving snot caused him to never look back.
He later moved to ft Lauderdale, Florida. he went from private catholic school to a public school. during his years at public school he came down with sickness many times, and allergic reactions. He got beat up a lot, and had his first 'sexual' experience that involved a baseball field and alcohol. after high school he attempted short story writing and journalism, with no success. he then started rehearsing poetry. when he did that, he was told that his poetry sucked but he had a good voice. He then met stephen, who later became maddona wayne gacy (pogo). They started putting some of Marilyn's poetry into songs.even though pogo didn't end up in the first lineup of the group because he took so long getting a keyboard. (although he is the only member aside from manson himself that stayed once he got in) Manson then met jeordie white, who was in a rock band called amboog-a-lard ar the time. jeordie didn't end up in the first line-up either due to his involvement with amboog-a-lard. Manson persuaded brian tutunick into playing bass. he found the other members for the first lineup later. The final addition to the group was Nancy, a girl who knew Marilyn's then-girlfriend Teresa. she brought more harm to the band than good. after Manson and pogo contemplated murdering Nancy, they got her to leave town.
Missi then showed up in his life, sticking with Manson until the Antichrist superstar era.The band was called "Marilyn Manson and the Spooky Kids". They played at bars and clubs, growing more popular with their unique stage acts and homemade pyrotechnics. eventually the band dropped 'and the spooky kids' and stuck with Marilyn Manson, which most people were probably referring to them as anyways. They opened for bands like Nine Inch Nails. Marilyn Manson recorded their first album, portrait of an American family, in 1994. they then recorded a remix ep, called smells like children, in 1995. Then came anti-christ superstar in 1996. Marilyn Manson's Biggest and most powerful album to date. Marilyn was going through one of the roughest times of his life at that point, doing drugs everyday, his band slowly falling apart, his girlfriend missi eventually leaving him.around the end of the making of Antichrist superstar, after everyone had given up hope, he cut the drugs for a while and got them to finish the album. Daisy berkowitz had quit by that time and was replaced by guitarist Zim Zum. John 5 replaced Zim after and remained with the band until 2004.
Manson later started dating actress Rose mcgowan while making his next album, Mechanical Animals. They were engaged, before they broke it off. It was around this time that Manson started dating Burlesque model Dita Von Teese.
After mechanical animals came Holy wood (in the shadow of the valley of death) in 2000. This was one of manson's darker albums. Marilyn Manson after which twiggy (jeordie white) left the group in 2002. he was replaced by tim skold. Some say this album was a response to The Colombine High massacre, which his was blamed for in 1999.
In 2003 the band started work on The golden age of grotesque. The album included a thirty minute dvd called 'Doppelherz' (German for 'of two hearts') and it was meant to be a last look into Marilyn Manson's mind. artist Gottfried Helnwein did many photo shoots of Marilyn with their 'degenerate art' portrayal. in 2004, Lest we forget (the best of Marilyn Manson, was released. it was a composition of what his most acclaimed songs, and included a cover of depeche mode's 'Personal Jesus'. In 2005, Marilyn Married Dita von teese in Gottfried Helwein's Castle. it was a rather private wedding.
On January 5th, 2007, Marilyn received divorce papers from his wife of one year. the papers had been filed in December by Dita. "Irreconcilable differences" were sited as the cause. Marilyn Hasn't made much comment on it. Marilyn Manson is currently working on a movie called Phantasmagoria, the visions of Lewis Carrol. He is also working on his new album, Eat me, Drink me. The release for Eat me, Drink me is set to be June 5th for the U.S. This album is said by Manson to be "One of his most personal" albums yet. It is inspired both by his old love, Dita, and His newfound love, 19 year old actress Evan Rachael Wood. As of January, 2008, Twiggy Ramirez has replaced Tim Skold in the band.

Real Name: Kenny Wilson. Born: 28 September 1966, Massachusetts, USA. Family moved to Las Vegas. Ginger replaced Freddie Streithorst ('Sara Lee Lucas') on drums in March 1995.
Twiggy Ramirez
Born: June 20th, 1971. Spent early years in Pompton Lakes, New Jersey, USA. Replaced Gidget in December 1993. Was replaced by Tim Skold officially in 2002, but is now back in the band.
