I tend to forget the movies I watch for some reason, but in the more "intellectual" category Kurosawa's Seven Samourais and Tarkovsky's Stalker definetly left me in awe. About any Woody Allen movie will do the trick and a silly comedy's always good. Anchorman for instance is hillarious "They've done studies, you know. 60% of the time, it works every time"
