Nicola Morali

Contemporary Piano Music

About Me

Nicola Morali is a pianist and composer from Ferrara, Italy, playing with many groups and musicians. He started piano lessons at the age of 9 years old and composed a lot of music in these last 25 years, with piano, synthesizers for the theatre, movies, ballets, musicals, jazz & fusion bands and music for piano solo. Some very special music styles had an influence for his compositions: from classic thru jazz with a mix of contemporary classics. A wide range of free sheet music is available on his website. He enjoys performing improvisations during concerts and recordings. The tunes called "pianoblog" herewith included in the music player are totally improvised during recent recording sessions, and will be the biggest part of the material for the incoming project of a new cd based on improvisations created during the summer of 2006. You can listen and watch a keyboard solo captured during a recent concert with his Fusion group Resto d'Istante . A song by Greg Mathieson called "I Don't Know".
ITALIANO
