Welcome to www.yankeessuckgear.com, a place where true Americans can come together and express their hatred toward the New York Yankees. If you're anything like us, you hate the New York Yankees more than most things on this earth. What's not to hate? We don't know what's worse about these guys? Could it be the players, the owner, or their way of business that make us cringe? Or is it their ignorant, bandwagon fans that compel us to shout profanities at them during baseball games? But are profanities enough for these people?
These are the same people who, for example, live in California, their favorite baseball team is the Yankees, favorite basketball team is the Lakers, favorite hockey team is the Detroit Red Wings and favorite football team is the Dallas Cowboys. Here is our take on things...if you were born in New York, raised in New York, or have been a fan for a very long time and can actually name the starting lineup besides Derek Jizzer and Alex Gay-Rod, then we can respect you as a Yankee fan. This doesn't mean, however, that we can respect your overpaid, underperforming, evil empire of a team. This only means that we can understand why you would be so tainted and brainwashed as to actually believe your loyalty to the Yankees is reciprocated in the slightest, or that any player on that team actually plays hard for their "adoring" fans. . . the only fans the Yankees care about are named Benjamin or Grant.
Its pretty ironic really, the fans pretend to like the Yankees, while the Yankees pretend to play for their fans. But is this what baseball is really about? We happen to be Angels fans. We are not sure though, if we like the Angels as much as we just plain hate the Yankees. Now that the Yankees signed the biggest sellout in sports history, Johnny Judas Damon, we can't wait to see the Red Sox pound the Yankees in 2007. And since it is against the law to kill people, and words just don't last long enough, we have decided to follow the old saying "a picture is worth a thousand rude remarks" and design as many yankee-hating shirts as we can. With your help we have designed these "wicked" shirts to help express the way we feel about this God Forsaken team, The New York Yankees.
