I love the outdoors and I often go hiking and camping...most of the times alone 'coz I love to lose myself in the wild and then try to find my way back. Of course, I'm inlove with books but I'm rather picky 'coz many books are stupidly written and I've this nasty habit of burning idiotic books. Most of all, I'm fascinated with people...especially women because I've been trying so hard to understand women but they always elude me. I'm mystified with women and that is the ultimate reason why I LOVE WOMEN!!!
Women who share the same enthusiasm and passion about...everything!!! like books, activities, foods, relationships, games, outdoor life and arguments!!! of course, it'll be a plus if they are smart, beautiful, aggressive but kind, industrious, caring, sweet and God-fearing... well that one's optional. I want to meet a woman who can change my rather gruffy image.
I love R&B, as well as alternative music. but I also go for accapella and ballads. Well, my choice for music is so diverse but i choose songs that make sense and are appealing to my ears and not just all the screaming of rock or the schmuck of pop. I like linkinpark, the calling, jason mraz, josh groban and one budding singer who sings oldies. I also go for nelly furtado, bond, creed, matchbox 20.
Of course, the Lord of the rings trilogy, Harry Potter and the Star Wars. I also love The Matrix series and the Xmen. How about romance? Heck, I see them once then I barf... i don't know why when I'm even sweet myself...
i was raised as a kid surrounded by books, movies and tv. but i never fell in love with tv, though i have lil flings with it once in a while..especially when the programs are all anime!
I love Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings. I've read all three books plus The Hobbit and the History of Middleearth. I also like J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter Series...but i love the classics like Charles Dickens, Jonathan Swift and all the others whose names i no longer remember too well 'coz i've jumbled them. Of course, who can't resist Shakespeare? I've also read Greek Classical mythologies and some philosophers like Plato and Aristotle. Now, I'm presently reading C.S. Lewis' books: the pilgrim's regress, the problem of pain, the screwtape letters, till we have faces, et al. And Paul Ricoeur's intriguing too..his metaphor and narrative...want more? i'm out of breath...
heroes? i would like to convince myself that there are still heroes nowadays but...*sigh... i have been my own hero for the past years now. that may be a show of vanity on my part but honestly, i hate heroism and heroes. i identify myself with villains instead because the foes make and break the heroes.
