it all started back in the days when my former partner-in-crime geutz told me about that strange culture called hip hop...suddenly I was highly addicted...we then tried to write our first raps in 95, I think, going by the name of nexus...we made a demo on chrome sampling beats with an old gemini-mixer (maximum of 8 seconds I think!) and sold the copies...that was ill...it even got crazier some years later when we built up a formation with many live musicians (the "chillharmonics")...around that time, I first met frank who hit the turntables for us...and geutz and me made our first song on wax called "gegenwart" for a compilation - it’s also my first own beat that’s been released...later nexus split up and everyone went his own way which for me meant making sick tracks with frank, making more beats and you can see the results in the left...oh, I forgot: I then shared my flat with a crazy man called flow who had been producing instrumentals since I was a little child...in ancient times I had contributed to his "chilligan’s island" - ep, in the new millenium we started the "ironcore" - series on chrome...two 12"es from sicksteez (that’s of course frank sidata and me) followed...and another release with a man called alex by the name of "pilger" meaning "Pfade Inneren Lichts Geben Einheit und Ruhe", you understand?...right now sicksteez is working on their full-length allbum called "high n tight" that will be released in 2007...at the same time, philta’s diggin’ the crates for some of his old solo tracks he did during the last years that have never been released trying to put them on an independent - as - fuck - album which will be called "abfall" (meaning "trash")........................................
