Do Nothing, Leave Nothing Undone.

About Me

Greetings:An instructor and student under 14th generation Wudang Zhang San Feng Master Yun Xiang Tseng, David created SanBaoWellness with the intent of synthesizing the martial and healing arts, with concepts of the Dao (Tao) and inner alchemy to promote health, wellness, and longevity, and provide others with relative metaphors for life.
David's formal martial arts training began around 1986, in the arts of Kali, modified Wing Chun Gong Fu, JKD concepts, and Muay Thai. Though sprouting from roots much earlier, his formal training in meditation, philosophy, and energetics began around the same time.

In 2002 David began to incorporate more internal Wushu styles into his training which returned him to earlier interests in the study and practice of meditation, energetic medicine and internal alchemy. While studying concepts of Traditional Chinese Medicine along with other asian modalities and bodywork, he met Master Tseng (Chen) during a Daoist Healing Arts seminar. Instantly connecting with the ideas, concepts, and philosophies presented, he continued to study and train under Tseng’s guidance.
Today, his practice focuses on the healing benefits within the movements of the martial arts and various qigong exercises; also, providing therapy in Tuina (Chinese medical massage and acupressure), External Qi Healing (EQH), Medical Qigong, and Thai massage/stretching.Create or get your

The intention is to promote and help integrate Chinese energetic medicine and Daoist philosophies with many of the western modalities and practices of others in this potential network. In addition, here will be provided links to and information on the Wudang arts and history.
