I'm a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine, and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. I'm a Supreme Science Qigong Instructor, Massage Therapist, and a Reiki Healer. I have my own travel in-home fitness and therapy business called "Kinetic Fitness and Holistic Therapy," which serves Broward and Palm Beach counties.
