Shynz

In a world that is influenced heavily by Dancehall music, emerges a vocalist with a smooth melodious sound. He was born ONeil Lawrence in Rollington Town, Jamaica but affectionately known to many as Shynz. Shynz recognized this beautiful gift that was bestowed upon him at the age of twelve while he was attending Rollington Town Primary School. It was there he made his appearance in a school concert where he received great feedback from the audience. I realized that my love for singing and writing songs can bring me praise and this gave me a feeling that I held onto and used to encourage me to continue to write and sing beautiful music that will touch people and cause them to react in a positive way

Shynz took classes during his school years that would cultivate and groom him for the music world that he knew he belonged to. He took classes such as drama and performed in school plays where he really stood out because of his facial and bodily features, which eventually lead him to do modeling. As a result of his modeling experience, Shynz also does advertisement and runway shows.

Being no stranger to the reggae music industry, because he has voiced tunes for some of the best producers such as Donavon Germaine at Penthouse Records, sly Dunbar,( the famous Sly and Robbie ),Trevor Baile and Jason Lee from sonic sounds Studio, shynz is ready to embrace his music career and take it full speed ahead. I know that this ( singing ) is what Im suppose to be doing especially since the last video that I did ( Be my lover ) and the way the people react to my singing tell me that they love my song and they love my voice.

Pretty soon the world too will also know about shynz because of his smooth melodies voice. My music is for everyone.its about feelings and everyone has feelings thats why they react in such a positive way to my music.
