To Boob or not to Boob!!!

Yes!!!!!!! I'm getting BOOBIES!!!!!(in about a year) Why????? Well, I'm back into my size 7 jeans and I have a goal of 18lbs to lose(Really 8lbs but I want to be 130lbs instead of back at 138lbs)...
