Hello there. *smiles* I'm Ewan, I was born on March 31, 1971 to James and Carol McGregor in Crieff, Perthshire, Scotland, UK. I joined the Perth Repertory Theatre when I was 16. From there I studied drama for a year at Kirkcaldy in Fife. Then I enrolled at London's Guildhall School of Music and Drama for a three year course that was tiring but very fun. I only left before I graduated because I snagged a role as Private Mick Hopper in the TV Series "Lipstick on Your Collar" (1993). My first notable role was as Alex Law in Shallow Grave (1994). The Pillow Book and Trainspotting came after that. I am one of the most critically acclaimed actors of my generation which doesn't really suprise me. I do it so I won't get bored. I played Obi-Wan Kenobi in Star Wars Episodes 1-3. I am married to Eve Mavrakis. I have 3 children, one whom I did adopt when she was 4. I won't say their names though, I think it's not right to get into their privacy all because I'm famous. My first name is actually pronounced as "you-an". Pretty unique huh? My really good friends are Hayden, Natalie, George, Tim, Anthony, Denis, Kenny, Peter, etc. Cause I can go on for days listing them. But wait! Holly you too!
