About Me

I am The Frowning Clown: A fragment of a shadow of a reflection of a man that may or may not have ever existed. A conundrum of paradoxical proportions personified with all the carnal knowledge of dark thoughts and disturbing pleasures. To frown as a clown is to suckle from the proverbial teat of dysfunction. Truth be my shadow, innocence my shield. With eyes wide open and a head full of song I will see you; as love, as life, but most of all, as nothing at all. When all is dark and night has come - when will you cry for what you've done?CRUMP IT UP!!!!

My Interests

I enjoy writing and collecting DVD's - do with this information what you will.

I'd like to meet:

John Lennon, Jim Henson, a telephone, Edgar Allan Poe, Bill Murray, Ed Murrow, someone willing to give me a mllion dollars for doing absolutely nothing to deserve it, Stephen King, Tony Soprano, a clown that is not scary, and anyone with the last name Butz.

Music:

The White Wtripes, The Beatles, Jefferson Airplane, Radiohead, The Rolling Stones, Howard Shore, The Doors, Don Davis, Benny Goodman, Queen, Hendrix, Pink Flloyd, Led Zepplin, Verdi and the soundtrack from Requiem for a Dream.

Movies:

Ghostbusters is, and always will be, the greatest film of our time. City of lost children, The nightmare before Christmas, Lord of the rings, Jurassic Park, Magnolia, Boogie Nights, Billy Maddison. Definetly NOT Serenity - that film can go back to Hell where it belongs.

Television:

The Sopranos, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Arrested Developement, X-men: the animated series.

Books:

IT, by Stephen King is the one book that everyone should read at least once in their lives. (See also The Stand, Salem’s Lot, The Shining and The Talisman) Catch 22, One flew over the Cuckoo's nest, Magician, Anything by Gary Larson and, of course, The Pelican Sea (Sublime plotting and unparalleled characterisation)

Heroes:

Bill Murray, Kermit the Frog and my Dad.

From the last Bastion of Truth - Vol. 1

A lonesome figure waits, hunched and bereft of any moral dignity, shadowed in the dull light, his head cradled in hands worn beyond their time, his mind a storm of darkest dread. Alone, awake: he neve...
