“The Glasgow-based band recorded their debut single at the Chemikal Underground studio. It’s a beautiful, melodic track that is simple and understated with a gorgeous interplay of harmonies from the three female vocalists.†4 Stars

From a review by The Bluesbunny
07/02/08 Salon Society at the Liquid Ship...
"Edinburgh is doing pretty well so far but it is now time for Glasgow to fight back. Doing it for us this time is Salon Society. They have come mob handed this time with four of them taking to the stage. It has not been that long since Bluesbunny last heard them perform (little more than 2 weeks, actually) but they are clearly determined to regain Glasgow's honour and indeed they give a sterling performance. In fact, they have never sounded better. That lovely piece of poetry, "Jasmine", soared with some exquisite harmonies. "Don't Die Inside" is normally a bit of a drama but tonight it damn near rocked the house. Lead singer Roxanne seemed rather restrained tonight - she is renowned for her wild arm waving antics when she hits the groove - but at this point even she couldn't keep herself still. It might have been the lack of alcohol but this Bluesbunny started to formulate a plan to kidnap them all and lock them up in the subterranean studios beneath Bluesbunny Towers and make them record an album."
