Darin G and Clenn are founders/producers/rappers of the dutch hiphopcollective D.A.C. (De Amersfoortse Coöperatie) that entered the hiphopscene in the late 90's and have had serious impact with their albums 'Didactici' (2002) and 'Professioneel Chillen' (2005), their EP "Professioneel Spinnen' (2004) and singles and videoclip 'Springstof' (2003) and 'Doorhalen' (2005).
D.A.C.,including the rappers Jiggy Djé, Wudstik, GMJ (GrootMeester Jan), Hux-B and Diggy Dex, rapidly gained modest national popularityby putting some tracks on the internet followed by energetic liveshows and by finally independently releasing their debute-album Didactici in 2002. Late 2001 they started their own liveband with on bass the third D.A.C. producer Mr. Fonc, drummer Cruz, DJ Urb Q and on keys off course Darin G himself. This was initiated by the competition of the Grand Prize of Holland inwich they competed against other live (hiphop) acts. After winning several finals throughout the country in a one year period they finally managed to win the Peoples Choice Award at the grand finale in Paradiso Amsterdam.
This was a big push forward for D.A.C. and in 2003 they released their first single and videoclip 'Springstof' and eversince they performe on mayor events like Hollands biggest festival Lowlands, The biggest Hiphop event of the BeNeLux: Planet Rock and several national television shows. In 2006 the five D.A.C. mc's started to bring out solo albums. In 2006 they gave birth to the following albums: 'Collaboratorium' (GMJ) 'Mijn Wereld' (Wudstik) 'Noah's Ark' (Jiggy Djé) and 'Verhalen vanuit de Sofa' (Diggy Dex).As a producer Darin G did his job and crafted some fine beatz for his D.A.C. members bus also rising stars like Pete Philly (Check his new Remix Album "Remindstate"!), Blaxtar (Check out his Album "Ozmoses" and in 2006 was Blaxtar with Darin G live on keys the winner of the Grand Prize of Holland!) year , Jeugd van Tegenwoordig, Dennis T, The Opposites (Check out the Rauwdouwers Mixtape!) and female R&B singers AVA, Hannah and Laurrhie Brouns used the service of Darin G Beatz.He also joined forces with fellow Columbian rapper JuiceIsDuNaam to start new group called Colombiaanse Bloedgroep (transl. =Columbian BloodCrew) They are releasing their album called "Guerilla Tactiek " in 2007.
