Mankind is just a virus, Feeding off the earth

About Me

Hailing from the Netherworld of Eternity, from one incarnation to the next. Neither angel nor demon, still we dwell on the dark side. Engorged on the surreal, my girlfriend loves those goats. Is there any meaning to this? As we travel through the abyss. On earth as this flesh! Once upon a yesteryear I did vocals for this band Naphobia, wrote for Tampa Bay Spike zine, aided in the creation of the Obituary "Back from the Dead" Enhanced CD, and preformed all over Florida. And continue to follow the metal scene. Now with guitarist Darrell Creel, myself on the vocals & Krystal Echo on back up vocals and theatrical antics we embark upon a vision to compose metal via the Internet. With Pro-Tools, FTP and Messenger, tunes are compiled and prepared for release. With all members recording remotely. The project has been stamped with the name GrenadeX! Promising to blow the heads off, those who are from an ignorant pop rock subculture or too stupid to except metal as true rebellion. Call it what you will but surely this project is pure Metal!

My Interests

Metal, Motorcycles, Multimedia. I have three Domains on the Web, each exploring different ways to use the internet. Check them out at will! Visit our Shop with gifts galore, something for everyone at E-Storez.com, Designs with your concept in mind at X-Graphics.net (Logos, Biz Cards, Promo Printing, Web Sites etc.) and finally laugh at the mockery of our on-line comic concept featuring Clark Parker who by fate becomes the undead hero Damnit-Man

I'd like to meet:

I found her, in a chance meeting between the chapters of life. Thanks to fate we just happened to bump into each other. As we move in the same circles. My Mother in a blissfull afterlife, when my time has come. As in Feb 2006, Jackie/Mom died of an enlarged heart in her sleep. Hopefully it will be 40 or more years for this. Ironically her demise, was one of her greatest traits. By that I mean that she had a huge heart to love the rebellious person that I am. As well as every child that ever entered her life. I'll miss my Mom forever. Unless my wish comes true. And in some other incarnation we shall know our loved ones again. If that sounds to mushy, Like I care what you think! Of course, I'd meet with anyone interested in our graphics. Or perhaps there are those who would contribute to the art that life creates. On our web sites there are several concepts reaching for creation. On our own and with some friends we get the jobs done! I welcome those against hypocrisy, gossip crap or just plain shit talking fools that only seek to bloat upon their ego! I am aware I talk alot, some might say Nik just shut the fuck up..LOL! Since GrenadeX has no video during the embryonic state of our existence. I post videos of bands that Naphobia giged with, or just some twisted shit I have been turned unto by someone or stubbled upon!

Music:

Heavy Metal, Thrash Metal, Death Metal...Just METAL! Favorites are, Acid Bath, Obituary, Strapping Young Lad, Fear of God, Ministry, Atheist, Cradle of Filth etc, etc! Non Metal = Screamin Jay Hawkins, Enigma, Agents of Oblivion. Classics = Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Black Sabbath, Dio, Warlock, UFO, Rainbow, Deep Purple, Pink Floyd, Rush!SYL, Acid Bath, and Fear of God are underdog super groups that crush the world! SYL is the only one mentioned still active. As deaths of a member in each group ended the others glory. All of which were folks I knew as acquaintance's from the metal underground. Gene Hoglan of SYL honored my old band Naphobia with drum tracks for three songs on our swan song CD "of Hell". I was also privileged to aid in the Enhanced CD segment on the Obituary "Back from the Dead" disc. As well as design an album cover with Gar Samuelson (Megadeth) for his next band Fatal Opera. The record "The Eleventh Hour" was his final recording prior to his passing. Acid Bath parked their bus at our band house while doing Florida dates. (The band met with demise when the death of bassist Audie Pitre was killed in an auto wreck) And Fear of God is just a band I think was supremely underated, but I never really knew them. I did speak to Dawn Crosby the bands lead singer, once in regards to playing at the final Tampa Bay Metal Awards thanks to fellow Spike zine writer Krissy Freedell. Unfortunatly the promoters did not hire F.o.G. So I never got to see them live. But I still listen to both their records to this day. (Dawn died of health problems in 1996) R.I.P to the deceased! Florida favorites would be Gardy Loo, Morbid Angel, Raped Ape, Monstrosity, Demonomacy, Malevolent Creation, Pain Principle, Equinox, 5 Billion Dead etc. Most of which are listenable from my freinds list! Finally I must mention that Tony Laureano who was the session drummer on the Naphobia "Of Hell" CD, has went on to achieve a crushing reputation as one of Florida's and perhaps the entire death metal undergrounds best drummer's. I imagine a moment for him that proves this is being on the main stage of OzzFest a few years ago just under Judas Priest with the vampire cult black metal band Dimmu Borgir. Congrats to him for his on-going career as a metal drummer! Since GrenadeX has no video, I throw up stuff from bands that I have known over the years.
