"Keep dreaming. Start doing." -Jonathan Kramm
For the last few years I’ve been focusing on my own career in the entertainment industry.

I played Double Bass in one of the country’s top & largest high school symphony orchestras at Klein Forest in Houston, Texas from which I graduated in 1992.

After graduating college with a degree in Mechanical Design, I did my time in the corporate world with a completely unrelated job as one of the creators of continental.com (10 years in Marketing/Distribution at Continental Airlines) until I resigned in November 2005 to persue my music full time. I’m no dumb cookie! :)

For 6 years I worked nights marketing for the indie label ToneZone Records (Underground inc [from Invisible Records]/Caroline Distribution). For the same 6 years or so had my own night (the super-popular, always packed Wednesday retro 80’s night Pop Muzik with DJ Mike Snow) that I promoted at club Spy in Houston, TX. I am the creator and host of the multi-level & multi-themed dance club night "A Taste of SiN". I also have hosted & promoted shows (and the occasional fun home Texas Style bar-b-que LOL) for an insane amount of "name" band & artist friends.

Outside of the arts and work, I absolutely LOVE world travel, hiking in cool weather, horseback riding, dancing, cooking, stargazing, gathering with friends and curling up with somebody who is nice to watch a movie. I feel that I am flexible and a good listener, usually letting you know when I play ’devil’s advocate’ in a discussion, but will stand my ground if necessary. I’m generally very nice and try to get along with everyone.

I may not know your band name, but if I review your live show, I will listen with my heart and tell a story of how it made me feel.

I LOVE to dance. I lived up on the platforms dancing to old-school and everything else back when my friend DJ Rich was spinning in Houston eons ago. Call me a dork...I even took Jazz in college. Hey, there were lots of hot chicks in the class. If your music makes me dance or want to rip my heart out I'm happy.

History
I was born in the small town Hancock, Michigan (lived in Houghton, Michigan) on November 10, 1974. At the age of 4 I started playing violin. At 5 years old, I began performing on stage. At 6 years old, I moved to Los Angeles, California to live with my grandparents and older sister while my parents settled down in Houston, Texas. We soon followed. At 9 I began my Classical training of Double Bass under Carla Clark, the 1st chair for the Houston Ballet which continued for the next 10 years. At 15 I took an interest in MIDI and sequencing and was already building and tearing apart electronics. At 16 I trained for 1 year of Jazz under Frank Murry, the 2nd chair Double Bass player for Houston Ballet. Over time that grew into this blended mess of insane experimentation.
