Human beings are capable of amazing and wondrous things. Our bodies are nothing less than miracles of unprecedented complexity and majesty. Our minds perform feats that baffle the greatest efforts of scientists to explain. We are continuously expanding our understanding of and ability to control every aspect of nature, to the point that we are approaching almost god like capabilities in many areas. Yet despite the foundation we individually and collectively rest upon, few of us rise even close to our full stature. Why?
What prevents each of us from having, doing and being the most we can, and most of us from excelling? Why must we live in constant fear of crimes, war, and other acts of harm one person against another? I believe the answer lies in how we learn to cope with reality, with the coping methods we learn to try to meet our basic needs. I believe that the majority of people on this planet currently have very poor coping mechanisms, that they learned by observing how others with bad coping skills try to meet their needs. There are also people who succeed at things, and they succeed largely because they have learned effective coping skills. My purpose is to facilitate the dissemination of what is needed for people to develop optimal coping skills.
I am referring to skills in every area of human experience. Relationship skills, social skills, financial skills, parenting skills, and so on. I believe that there are many ways to meet any specific need and that some methods are highly effective and other methods are less effective and some methods actually do not work, but people employ them anyway because they have not learned any other method to try to fulfill a need.
I am working like a catalyst to trigger the changes that will bring about the next step in human social evolution, by creating a society whose underlying mission is to support every member of the society in having the most optimal human experience possible.
The overwhelming majority of human behavior revolves around trying to get our needs met. Our current culture and society has formed basically without the entire process having been thought through, and is not designed to support order and happiness but rather encourages chaos.
I have always looked for cause and effect patterns in human behavior. If you get into arguments and fights it is because you do not have good conflict resolution skills. If you keep struggling financially it is because you do not have good money making and management skills. If you are alone or in a miserable relationship it is because you do not have good social and relationship skills. If you are excelling in school it is because you have developed the skills needed to excel.
I believe that our most important needs are related to the need for attention, approval and affection. The coping methods most people develop for meeting these all important needs are woefully inadequate, hence so many in the world are struggling, creating drama, living emotionally unhealthy, financially challenging, unhappy lives. In order to change this situation we need to alter the way we learn and especially the way we teach the rising generation. The existing school systems are designed to churn out cloned drones and provide minimal technical skills for work while ignoring the more important skills of interpersonal relationships, and caring for ourselves and others effectively. The entire system is designed to limit most of us in the areas that we need the greatest level of mastery in to do well in life. The small percentage of people who do well in life do so largely because they were lucky enough to figure out the things that work early on in life.
But what is to be done to bring about the changes needed? How do we overhaul our entire society, culture and system of instruction in a way that will make things better? And what will it cost? One of the primary limitations many people face is not knowing enough about money to get themselves into a position that they can afford the education they need to excel. Pretty much everyone knows that how much money you make during your life is linked to the quality of your education. In my blog: "Mastering Financial Security - Volume I" is the first chapter in a manual I am creating on how to get from knowing virtually nothing about money and experiencing constant problems with money issues to being financially secure, comfortable and having an ever increasing amount of money available to invest.

Anyone who has something to contribute. I believe we each have gifts, talents and expertise that others can benefit from. Often people discount the things they do well because it is so effortless. This is the sign of a gift or natural talent. Perhaps the thing about you that you think of as being a great weakness is truly a great strength you simply don't appreciate the way others do.

Enoch, the son of Jared, who was the son of Mahalaleel, who was the son of Cainan, who was the son of Enos, who was the son of Seth, who was the son of Adam, who was the son of God. Enoch was the father of Methusalah, who was the father of Noah. Enoch led his followers to live perfect lives. He and his followers formed a city on an island that rose up out of the sea. God took Enoch and his city from the Earth prior to the flood. Many legends of Enoch's city and it's disappearance have been handed down. The lost continent of Atlantis, the lost continent of Mu. The legends all recount men and women leaving the city prior to it's disappearance who were incredibly learned and wise. All of of these legends and records grew from the actions of Enoch. His life, as I imagine it, is worthy of emulating.
