Buckaroo Banzai, Serenity, Fifth Element, Original Star Wars Trilogy (the prequels are fun, but let's face it...), Appleseed, Akira, Matrix (first one, the other two were mindless eye candy), Spawn, Blade Runner, Alien, LOTR trilogy... basically I'm a SFX/sci-fi whore...

Television:

Lost, 24, Firefly, Galactica (there's that pattern again) Real Time, or whatever is on when I'm to lazy to find the remote, or to figure out which of the six remotes I have will do what I want to do.

Books:

Neal Stephenson writes some of the best prose out there right now. Also like Larry Niven (also the Man-Kzin Wars series), Asimov, Heinlein, Clarke.
I know, there's a pattern here.
